From Soil to Spreadsheet in Six Steps

Follow our guided process to transform your traditional farm management into a streamlined, data-driven operation.

01. Register & Set Up Your Farm

Create your account in minutes. Your first step is to establish your farm's identity by setting up a 'Tenant'. This is your secure, private workspace. Then, define your first 'Season' (e.g., 'Spring Planting 2024') to create a timeline for your activities.

02. Configure Your Financials

Before logging any transactions, set up your 'Chart of Accounts'. Define categories for your income (e.g., 'Corn Sales') and expenses (e.g., 'Fuel', 'Fertilizer'). Also, create your 'Payment Sources' like 'Main Bank Account' or 'Petty Cash'. This initial setup is crucial for accurate financial tracking.

03. Map Your Plots & Inventory

Digitize your physical farm by creating 'Plots' for each of your fields, noting their size and soil type. Then, populate your 'Inventory' with all the resources you have on hand, such as seeds, pesticides, and equipment, including their purchase price for automatic cost tracking.

04. Log Your Day-to-Day Tasks

This is where the magic happens. Create 'Tasks' for every activity, from 'Land Preparation' to 'Harvesting'. Assign tasks to team members, link them to specific plots and seasons, and most importantly, attach the 'Resources' you use from your inventory. The platform automatically calculates and logs the cost for you.

05. Track Income & Expenses

Record all financial movements through the 'Transactions' module. Log income from crop sales and link it to the specific plot or crop for precise profitability analysis. All costs from consumed resources in tasks are automatically logged here as expenses.

06. Analyze & Get AI Insights

With your data logged, head to the 'Reports' and 'Financials' sections to see your hard work pay off. View profitability breakdowns by plot or crop. Use the 'AI Tools' to get planting advice, diagnose plant diseases from a photo, and predict future yields.
